Account Coordinator

The Role

With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Account Coordinator is responsible for the support of the Program Managers while creating positive working relationships with healthcare agency partners across the country. This role is responsible for updating internal software systems and assisting with a wide variety of administrative duties needed to place a healthcare professional on assignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and market open jobs through utilization of VMS technology.
  • Manage progression of applicant status by reviewing profile, conducting prescreens, and submitting appropriate candidates for consideration.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager and Affiliate Providers on candidate status such as offers, extensions, issues, and terminations.
  • Responsible for data input and accuracy of weekly reporting.
  • Work in conjunction with the Program Manager in pipelining candidates, compliance tracking, and weekly time reporting.
  • Audit information in contracts for accuracy for affiliate providers and clients
  • Escalate to Program Manager any serious issues that may jeopardize Staffency’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of Senior Program Manager resources
  • Assist Program Manager with all operational and administrative tasks.
  • VMS Technology subject matter expert to serve as resource for Staffing Partners.
  • Provide appropriate team coverage when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

  • 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  • 1 years’ experience in healthcare preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment.
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.
